Category: Contracts Management and Outsourcing Program Implementation and Administrative Support: Assist with implementation of ServiceMax with the Field Service. Support training and administration needs for both SMAX and (field training, reports, dashboards). Support with areas that apply both to capital performance, capital sales forecasting, service forecasting, and service business quotes.

Service Business Operations: Coordinate with Service Manager and Contracts on loaner locations and availability with regular reporting when Covered customers need access to a loaner in support of a Service Agreement commitment.


Inside Sales: Generate quotes and book contract sales including pricing and terms and conditions negotiation under parameters set forth by management and legal. Process service offerings for billing and adjustments. Compile monthly performance metrics along with Service Agreement forecasts, sales plan quotas that will be new in FY17 for the sales management team.

Specific Contingent Support would include these specific daily /monthly tasks:

This support would comprise managing intake of service quote requests (service agreement and preventive maintenance) and output of service proposals for the US AF Solutions Field Team including account managers and clinical specialists, Technical Support (in-house) and Field Service Engineers.

  • Taking calls from the field (sales, CS, FSEs and TS) regarding status of service agreements and answering questions on service programs
  • Entering completed Service Agreements in SMAX and
  • Sending invoice information to customer service once SAs are completed. Invoicing T&M services in SMAX.
  • Entering new console information into SMAX and when orders are shipped.
  • Scheduling the PMs in SMAX for new service agreements.
  • Scheduling PMs for T&M into SMAX.
  • Report the monthly service revenue status to management team
  • Miscellaneous customer or field requests (ie. invoices, field service reports)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in either sales, marketing within health science or biotechnology
  • Data mining and reporting skills using SAP,, Microsoft Excel, and Service Max
  • Experience gathering information, analyzing data and translating into actionable business plans
  • Financial acumen including ability to determine NPV, ROI and perform complex modeling analysis
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills to garner support and deal effectively with customers, sales and management
  • Excellent organizational ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
