Program Committee
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program committee was formed in 2020 with the goal of establishing a more structured foundation for Planet Pharma's DEI efforts. The committee at large and its sub-committees meet regularly to assess the state of DEI within Planet Pharma and develop and deliver on a comprehensive plan to ensure the unique needs of our employees are met.

Powered by our committee, Planet Pharma has various offerings to help maintain awareness and engagement around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in our larger ecosystem. Examples of this include regular company-wide newsletters, lunch-and-learns, events, trainings, employee engagement groups, and more.
