What was your experience prior to joining Planet Pharma?
3 years as a Commis Chef and 2.5 years in Recruitment within Healthcare and Construction.
Why did you choose to join Planet Pharma?
I was approached to join Planet Pharma and was intrigued by their business model and their way of working, it seemed like a very positive and productive atmosphere which was something I was missing.
What has kept you here?
The career progression and the team is most important, although we have singular targets, everyone helps each other in different ways, it’s a positive environment.
What do you think makes Planet Pharma different to other Staffing/Recruitment businesses?
The business model for sure, the more you put in the more you can get out! It is unlimited potential here.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The flexibility of home working and the team outings, it is always good to keep in touch with the team.
Biggest achievement since working at Planet Pharma?
Achieving 3 promotions within 2 years.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career in Recruitment?
Constantly be open to advice and to always learn something new, always reaching for more!

Unfortunately not, haha!
