Work-Seeker Terms of Engagement

By registering with Planet Pharma Group Limited, submitting your CV, applying for a vacancy, or otherwise requesting that we provide work-finding services to you, you confirm that you agree to the following terms.

Planet Pharma Group Limited acts as an Employment Business and/or Employment Agency, depending on the nature of the assignment.

You authorise Planet Pharma Limited to provide work-finding services to you, including assessing your suitability for assignments, introducing you to prospective hirers and discussing employment opportunities on your behalf.

The types of work for which we will seek opportunities are those discussed with you and recorded during your registration process.

Work-finding services may commence immediately upon your acceptance of these terms.

Where an assignment is offered through an umbrella company, these terms shall apply during the period before you enter into an agreement with the umbrella company. Upon commencement of your engagement with the umbrella company, the relevant contractual arrangements between you and the umbrella company will also apply.

You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete and that you will promptly notify us of any changes affecting your suitability or availability for work.

We will provide details of any assignment, including the nature of the work, location, expected duration, rate of pay or remuneration, and other relevant information before any assignment is accepted.

You acknowledge that no fees will be charged to you for our work-finding services.

By accepting these terms, you authorise Planet Pharma Group Limited to represent you for suitable opportunities and to process your personal information for recruitment and placement purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
